Street hockey not challenged by weather

The 11th Annual 4-on-4 Seafest Street Hockey Challenge went off without a hitch this weekend, and the weather even cooperated.

The 11th Annual 4-on-4 Seafest Street Hockey Challenge went off without a hitch this weekend, and the weather even cooperated.

The event featured six divisions, put on by Tim Hortons and the Prince Rupert Minor Hockey Association benefitting the PRMHA.

Teams in the Pre-Novice Division included: the Avengers, Prince Rupert Grain, Coastal Disturbance, Stuck on Designs, and Synergy Thunder Sticks. The Novice Division teams were the Blue Bruisers, Road Sharks, and MKM & Sons Construction.

The teams in the Atom Division were the Paper Cuts, Prince Rupert Grain – Green, PRMS Storm, Slickers Rainbeaters, Tiny Treasures Trail Blazers. The Peewee Division has the Bounty Hunters, King Fishers, Prince Rupert Thrashers, PSI Princess, and Talin Eagles.

The Bantam Division just had two teams Northern Savings Bruins and Storey’s Excavating. The Men’s Division featured the Panthers, Red Rockets, Progressive Steel and The Knights.
