In this week’s episode, the fight continued as Karin’s Deli edged out A&W.
Karin stole two in the second for a 3-0 lead. A&W battled back to take a 6-5 lead after 7. Karin sat two in the eighth and didn’t have to throw their last rock, beating the burger, 7-6.
Despite a continuing face lift, Billy beat the Investors on sheet C.
It was a good back and forth game as Billy took three in the seventh and ran Investors out of rocks in the eighth to the tune of 7-3.
CDC continued the drama, rolling over Willis Harper.
The CDC Kids road the Harper pony all the way to the bank, cashing in at 6-3.
Sky Hi barely cleared the browning greens of the Quesnel Golf Course in Wednesday’s struggle.
Sky Hi jumped out to a 5-1 lead, then let it slip away to fall behind 6-5 after seven. They scored two in the eighth to secure the 7-6 win.
