After four weeks, the North Enderby Timber are the only undefeated team in the North Okanagan Soccer League.

NET scored early and often to crush Courvas of Salmon Arm 7-1 Wednesday night at MacDonald Park. The Timber are 4-0, Courvas 3-1.

Pat Schindler scored a beautiful header crossed in from Adam Marwood for the first strike. Shortly after, Chris Ovens nodded in a Fabrice Fanfani feed after Fanfani beat several defenders and curled the ball to Ovens.

Courvas gave up an own goal with Brent Poulsen applying endless pressure resulting in a panic clearance into the Salmon Arm net.

Mo Singogo showed some nifty footwork, beating two defenders and slotting home a beauty for the fourth Timber snipe.

Kyle Fertile showed composure by bringing down a pass inside the box from Mike Bennett and finishing.

Daniel Stein was awarded the Canadian Tire Man of the Match after cracking a 35-yard free kick off the crossbar and then later curling a ball from 20 yards over the top right corner. Bennett, who played for the Thompson Rivers WolfPack last university season, finished the scoring by using his blazing speed to make a few defenders look like they were mannequins before burying a shot.

Turn-Key Controls moved into a tie for second with Courvas by drawing 2-2 with Eagle Homes Nation of Domination at Jackson Secondary in Salmon Arm.

Turn-Key had numerous early chances and Enzo Paal opened the scoring when he finished a shot short side.

Shortly after, Turn-Key paid for their inability to finish when Eagle Homes converted on one of their few chances of the half. Preston Tucker gave Turn-Key the 2-1 lead going into the recess when a through ball from Thomas Pool banked its way off a defender and found Tucker’s foot.

Turn-Key carried the balance of play in the second half but again their inability to finish haunted them as NOD (1-1-1) equalized from a set piece in the final minutes.

The Revelstoke Stallions brushed off Peters Tirecraft 3-1 at Blackburn Park in Salmon Arm.

Revelstoke went up 1-0 early when the Tirecraft keeper misplayed a strong shot that ricocheted off the post to a Revelstoke player who walked the ball into the net.

The Tonight Dough Ice Cream Man of the Match Andy Collins squared the match on a brilliant run, pushing the ball past the Revelstoke keeper.

The teams traded chances for much of the second half until Revelstoke managed to put one top corner at 80 minute, and added further insurance in the last minute of play.

The Stallions are 1-2, Tirecraft 0-3-1.

The Salmon Arm Outlaws shaded Monashee Surveying FC 2-1
