University of the Fraser Valley women’s soccer head coach Rob Giesbrecht is hosting a player identification camp on July 17.
The event begins at 6 p.m. on the south field of the new MRC Sports Complex, and is open to athletes graduating from high school in 2017, 2018 or 2019.
Cost is $30 per player, with an early-bird price of $25 prior to June 30.
Payment can be made in person (cash or cheque) on the day of the ID camp, or by mailing a cheque payable to UFV Athletics.
All participants must also print and complete the appropriate consent form or waiver, and hand it in before the tryout.
Athletes 18 years of age or under must complete a UFV informed consent form, with signature from a parent or guardian. Athletes over the age of 18 must fill out a UFV tournament and ID camp waiver. Completing the appropriate form is mandatory in order to participate in the tryout.
