The B.C. Football Conference has released the schedule for the 2019 season.
The first game of the year has the Valley Huskers hosting the Westshore Rebels Aug. 3 at Exhibition Stadium with a 2 p.m. start time.
As always, the Huskers will play a 10 game slate.
The Okanagan Sun are in town for an Aug. 10 clash (7 p.m.) before the Huskers head out on the road for games at Langley (Aug. 17) and at Kamloops (Aug. 24).
The Vancouver Island Raiders are in Chilliwack Sept. 8 at 2 p.m., Kamloops pays a visit Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. and the final home game of the year brings Langley to town Oct. 5 at 7 p.m.
Playoffs begin the weekend of Oct 26/27 with a pair of semi-final games (fourth place at first place and third place at second place). The Cullen Cup BCFC championship takes place the first weekend in November at the home of the highest remaining seed.
This year’s BCFC champs host the Canadian Bowl national junior football championship game Nov. 16.
