Victoria HarbourCats down Port Angeles 4-1

Cats get eight hits through first four innings before blowing the game open in the eighth.

The Victoria HarbourCats beat the Port Angeles Lefties 4-1 on a blustery Monday evening at Royal Athletic Park.

It was the team’s second win over their Strait of Juan de Fuca rivals after taking the opening game of the season in Port Angeles 11-2 on June 1.

The win now moves the Cats record to 6-5 on the season, and into a three-way tie for first place of the West Coast League’s North Division with the Kelowna Falcons and Wenatchee AppleSox.
