(Above) The Cedar Kings, from Barriere, took the victory trophy during the Barriere Mites Tournament held on May 28, 29, at Barriere Ball Parks. MVP was Cedar Kings’ Matlock Brown (front left, and pictured to the right). Second and third place was also won by Barriere teams. The event drew two teams from Clearwater, two from Kamloops, and three from Barriere plus a Barriere Mini Mites Team.
