Five girls’ teams from the West Coast Auto Group Football Club have advanced to the B.C. Coastal B Cup.
The teams participated in the Alouette District Youth Soccer Association Cup finals last weekend, and five teams from under-13 to u-17 division qualified for the coastals.
“We are so proud of our girls teams and the hard work and dedication they put into their play last weekend,” said club president Chris Begg.
The qualifying teams: u-13 United, coached by Todd Ayley and Mike Savignano; u-14 United, coached by Nick Pollard; u-15 Impact, coached by Darren Hollywood; u-16 Storm, coached by Dave Degenova; and u-17 United, coached by Mike Green.
The teams will represent WCAGFC at the B.C. Coastal Cup playdowns throughout April.
Winners of the Coastal Cup qualify to represent the coastal region at the 2016 provincial cup.
