The senior boys basketball tournament draw pitted the Nakusp Cougars against the Barrier Cougars in the first round of the robin.
Nakusp qualified for this years provincials, earning their right to compete along the other sixteen teams from around the province.
The drop-heel pass began as joke during the Cougar’s soccer practices leading up to the Senior Boys A soccer playoffs on Wednesday Oct. 18.
Mr. Dion was kind enough to share his bowling alley story and his enthusiasm for the Terry Fox Foundation with Nakusp Secondary School.
