The Copper Mountain Postal Outlet opened officially on Friday, July 25.

During the Special Meeting of Council, July 16, council adopted the Fire Chief’s response plan for the 2014 fire season.

The Trubador, Allan Kovaltsenko and Corry Oerlemans opened concert season at Veterans Square in the gazebo on Saturday, July 5. About a dozen residents enjoyed the afternoon of music under the shade of the trees in Veterans Park.

Summer concerts begin in Veterans Square

Each Saturday, from 1 to 3 p.m., during July and August an outdoor concert will be held at the gazebo in Veterans Square.

The lift is the biggest that has taken place on the Copper Mountain Mine site to date. Davies is accompanied by a crew of two in motorized lifts and four on the ground to assist with the lift process.

Love in Motion Tour appreciates Princeton

A group of 80 riders made the decent into Princeton during the afternoon of July 3.

Princeton Exhibition and Racing Days Associations honour the memory of long time member and former president, John Bey.

Racing Days hosts family fun weekend

Although there was no thoroughbred racing held this year, the Princeton Racing Days Association hosted a weekend full of great events.

During the Princeton Racing Days events this past weekend, Lana Anderson, Jen Gibson, Karrie Crucil and Cindy Rouchon provided spectators with their version of the Klootchman Race ~ winner was Cindy Rouchon.

The Wong’s worked with the Town in order to adhere to safety standards and came up with an idea that was suitable and that both Thomasina and Jerome say they, “just love.”
