Attracting and retaining skilled staff is a constant problem for companies, high-tech and otherwise, operating in the Okanagan.

Accelerate Okanagan has launched the first compensation study for the Okanagan tech sector to help address recruitment and retention challenges. This compensation study will help to provide Okanagan tech companies with useful information to attract and retain employees.

Participants will receive aggregate, confidential results about compensation ranges for various employee roles within the local tech community. This can provide managers with a ballpark salary range to consider when hiring new employees.

Participants will also receive information about local compensation structure, policies, and practices enabling more informed decisions.

If you are interested in being a part of the study contact Brea Retzlaff at brea@accelerateokanagan.com.
