The last chance for Frogger 15 runners to get an awesome “follow the frog” technical race t-shirt ends today – so if you’re planning to run don’t leave it too late!
This year they will also be launching the Tadpole Trot, a short kids race down at Spirit Square during the Frogger, sponsored by the Riv. It’s a chance to dress-up and goodies for the kids! Pre-registration is not required for the Tadpole Trot. Starting and ending in Spirit Square then weaving through Campbell River’s Beaver Lodge, the Frogger 15 is a fun and friendly event for everyone. Individuals can run the full 15km themselves, while groups of three can complete the course by running 5km each. Online registration will continue until midnight on Sept. 19 and online registration is available at www.greenwaystrust.ca. The Frogger 15km fun run is a fundraiser for Greenways Land Trust and raises awareness of the 25km Greenways Loop and promotes its completion.
