Conflict resolution subject of BPW luncheon

Barbara Sharp, labour relations and conflict resolution consultant, will be the keynote speaker in Abbotsford.

Members of the Business and Professional Women’s Club (BPW) of Abbotsford have announced that Barbara Sharp, labour relations and conflict resolution consultant, will be the keynote speaker at the next luncheon, to be held April 10 at Cascade Community Church.

Barbara has over 30 years of experience in labour relations including conflict resolution and mediation and is the former Mayor of the City of North Vancouver.

She is also a member of faculty for the British Columbia Institute of Technology, teaching courses in conflict resolution, labour relations, and human resources.

The title of her speech is “Conflict: Challenge or Opportunity?”

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the cost is $15 for BPW members and $20 for guests. RSVP is necessary by Friday, April 5, at bpwabbotsford@gmail.com.
