Courtenay company growing like a mighty cedar tree

The new owners of CV Cedar Sales & Fencing were expanding almost before the ink was dry on their business cards.

Thanks to Mother Nature this past winter and spring, Trevor Wiens and Jeremy Zimmerman, the new owners of CV Cedar Sales & Fencing, were expanding their staff and product line almost before the ink was dry on their business cards.

Servicing from Fanny Bay to Campbell River for more than 10 years, CV Cedar Sales & Fencing provides more than cedar fencing.

The company, with a shop at 4426 Marsden Rd. in Courtenay, is a one-stop shop for all types of fences, including chainlink, ornamental, vinyl, and various woods.

As part of their immediate expansion, CV Cedar also increased their marketing of other features that often tie-into the design for a fenced area. These include decorative and functional gates, pergolas, arbors, and gazebos.

In addition to helping clients with the selection of the most appropriate style of fencing for their purpose, CV Cedar provides installation services, or can simply sell materials for do-it-yourselfers.

Wiens and Zimmerman are both experienced entrepreneurs with years in the building trade and a clear understanding of what it takes to ensure satisfied customers.
