The newest addition to the SmartCentres development is now open. The Bulk Barn will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily except for Sundays, when it will open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store offers a wide range of bulk candy, baking, spices, snacks and mixes.
