An exclusive ticketed shopping experience in Langley tonight is expected to raise thousands for local charities.
There are 17 partner charities that will benefit from anxious Christmas shoppers heading to Willowbrook Shopping Centre Tuesday evening (Nov. 14).
Langley’s only indoor mall is once against hosting its annual Charity Shopping Night, allowing motivated consumers to get a jump on their holiday shopping and to help charities at the same time.
The shopping night runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Willowbrook, but people must purchase tickets to attend. They’re available in advance from the customer service centre or onlinat at shopwillowbrook.com.
Access to the mall is prohibited for the general public. Tickets must be purchased. They are $10, with 100 per cent of the money raised going to the long list of charities.
Last year, Willowbrook reported raising more than $41,000 for 21 charities.
The event will feature $25,000 in prizes, gifts with purchase offers, free refreshments, live entertainment, and discounts at many of merchants.
There’s also an opportunity to win a vacation, Willowbrook gift cards, shopping sprees, jewelry, and other prizes.
