Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation has a new executive director.
Stephanie Beck, who has been with the foundation since 2007, most recently as interim executive director, stepped into the permanent leadership role Wednesday (April 1).
The foundation launched an “intensive search process” after Jackie Smith resigned last year to take a job as executive director of the BCIT Foundation in Burnaby.
“Stephanie has done a phenomenal job as interim executive director during the recruitment process,” Art Reitmayer, chair of the board of directors, said in a release. “Her acceptance of the permanent role will provide a seamless transition for our staff, donors and board.”
