An emotional Kim Snow was in tears as she accepted the award, talking about just how many people there are within the community that need a helping hand.
More than 500 families are supported by Kimz Angels, whose mission the past 15 years has been to help those less fortunate people in the community with food, clothing, housing and basic essentials.
