A Langley IT professional is speaking at an exclusive business event at Harvard University.
Coleman Technologies founder Darren Coleman is scheduled to speak at the Harvard Business School Business Expert Forum later this month.
“To be speaking at Harvard is truly fantastic. But also a good lesson. No one would have ever predicted that I would end up on a bestsellers list, let alone speak at the most prestigious university in the word,” said Coleman.
Coleman contributed to Technology Press’s #1 bestselling book, Easy Prey: How to Protect Your Business from Data Breach, Cybercrime and Employee Fraud. Ultimately, the book ranked as a number one bestseller on Amazon in the computers and technology category, he said.
Coleman, a cyber security expert and Information Technology Professional, founded his company in 1999.
His company has three technicians and two other staff.
Everything from marketing, accounting to call answering is outsourced, he said.
