Brides and grooms get in free to a wedding festival happening in Langley this weekend.
Organizers of the 12th annual Fraser Valley Wedding Festival have arranged for more than 40 vendors to be on hand at Cascades Casino Sunday, April 9 showcasing everything imaginable for a wedding.
Gowns, men’s wear, jewelry, music, wedding cakes, and photography for example will be on display.
The afternoon bridal fair will also feature a live DJ, complimentary tastings, a cake-off contest, prizes, giveaways, and three fashion shows (1, 2, and 3 p.m.) featuring brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the brides/grooms).
“Join us for an afternoon of inspired ideas to make your event original and uniquely you,” said Calla Krause.
“Come and spend four hours discovering new ideas for your dream wedding,” she added, noting the show runs from noon to 4 p.m.
General admission is $10, but brides, grooms, and children 12 years and younger get in free.
