A local realtor will be hosting an episode of a made-in-B.C. reality show set to air on TV this Saturday (Jan. 18).

The show, Realty Reality offers a fun yet educational approach to real estate, illustrating important issues often overlooked by prospective home buyers,

Local Sutton realtor Rich Zalaudek is set to host the episode.

“Langley is a fabulous City/Township, so diverse, and so much to offer,” he said.

“So naturally I jumped at the opportunity to showcase what I do in an area I love.”

Each episode focused on a unique area and a residential specialist that only knows their area inside and out but also is an expert their field. This particular episode showcases a younger couple, Jim and Jaqueline Bjorkes, who were looking to upgrade to a bigger home in Langley. Zalaudek is happy to educate everyone he meets that there are a lot of options in the Langley market, and you have to find the property which is perfect for you.  There are pros and cons to each property – and not always just the price.

When asked what his biggest piece of advice was to Langley residents was, he replied.

“Typically realtors won’t charge buyers for their services, so find a professional that you are happy with, who guarantees the services they provide, and who will get you immediate access to the newest and hottest listings that meet your exact criteria.  After all, why do the work and risk making mistakes, when you can get a professional to do it right, and for free.”

The Langley episode airs January 18 at 6:30 p.m. on Chek 6. For more information visit: http://cedarwoodproductions.net/realty-reality/
