Better Mousetrap Marketing opened its doors recently to offer a series of one-hour, one-on-one marketing consultations, all for a good cause.

Better Mousetrap Marketing opened its doors recently to offer a series of one-hour, one-on-one marketing consultations, all for a good cause.

Local business owners learned how to attract the right customers and “shut their traps” with effective marketing and left the consultations with concepts to get them started.

All proceeds from the event were donated to the pediatrics wing of the St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Comox.

“The event was so successful that we are going to repeat it every Friday the 13th,” said Lisa Henderson, one of the owners of Better Mousetrap Marketing. “Although there isn’t another one until January of next year, there are a total of three in 2012.”
