Meet the new management team at Cooper’s Foods. Left, Jon Stammers, assistant manager, has been working in the store since December of 2013. John, who hails from Creston, B.C., has been, with the Overwaitea Food Group for 8 years. He loves the outdoors and looks forward to spending his free time on the water. New manager, Scott Gilbert, has been with the Overwaitea Food Group for 25 years. Scott and his wife Christine are moving to Princeton from Kelowna. They have three daughters, the two youngest joining them here. Princeton Cooper’s Foods has earned high respect due to it’s commitment to and support of the community. The new management team are dedicated to carrying that on.
