Envision Financial has announced that Robyn Orford will takeover as branch manager of the Abbotsford Village location on Sumas Way.
“Robyn’s years of experience in the financial services industry and strong leadership skills will be a tremendous asset to our Abbotsford Village team,” said Loree Gray, Envision’s vice-president of retail banking. “She’s committed to fulfilling our vision of making a real difference in the financial lives of our members and to giving back to local communities in a meaningful way.”
Joining Envision Financial in 1986, Orford has extensive experience in financial services and most recently served as branch manager at the credit union’s Yarrow branch. She also played a key role in the launch of many of Envision’s core products including the Envision Mastercard, the Interac Direct Payment debit card and the innovative Redfrog mortgage.
“Envision’s Abbotsford Village branch is well-established in the community,” said Orford. “I’m glad to be joining a team of staff who understand the importance of providing our members with outstanding service. I’m also looking forward to becoming involved in the local community.”
Her community involvement includes serving as board member for the Chilliwack Learning Community Society, taskforce member for Workplace Essential Skills and treasurer for Japan Karate Association BC.
