Nominations are being sought for people who contribute their hard work, skills and talents to their communities.

The deadline to put forward a name to the B.C. Community Achievement Awards is Nov. 15.

Recipients are selected by an independent advisory council of local leaders based on the nominee’s efforts within the community. Those chosen will be honoured at a ceremony held at Government House in Victoria next spring where they will be given a medallion designed by B.C. First Nations’ artist Robert Davidson.
