“If we want to heal, we have to make the steps,” says Nathalie Bertrand, owner and operator of Nourish Clinic where she works as a massage therapist with six other core practitioners offering bodywork, holistic life coaching, nutritional consulting, art therapy, and more.
With more than 15 years experience as a massage therapist, she is proud to provide clients with more than a quick fix to pain and inflammation by helping clients become more conscious about the root causes of issues in the body and mind.
“Most people feel relief, a few come back and are stunned at the changes because they are so great,” Bertrand said. “Awareness is very powerful.”
Bertrand says the clinic has been successful in treating clients with holistic care for more than three years. Clients can access massage therapy, energy healing, holistic life coaching, manual osteopathy, art therapy, mobile massage, qigong, and information specific to women’s health through the clinic. They offer referrals outside of the clinic as well. The core collective consists of Bertrand, Kerri Lautamus, Randa Sultan, Liza Hindmarch, Mark MacKenzie, Lois Ricard, and Janis Dyck.
“One appointment per year makes a difference. A one-hour appointment on nutrition stays with you your whole life,” she says. “As individuals we have to take responsibility for our imprints and unlock patterns in our nervous system. People tend to skip their needs and think things will sort itself out.”
She encourages anyone looking to make changes in the New Year to visit the Nourish Clinic’s website and book a consultation. One appointment can have lasting effects.
