he Beach Club Resort announced this week it has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence award from TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel website.
The Beach Club has been recognized by the site as consistently receiving outstanding traveler reviews, being ranked a top property on Vancouver Island and providing excellent guest service and hospitality.
Less than 10 per cent of the thousands of properties listed on TripAdvisor worldwide receive the prestigious recognition.
“TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional businesses for consistent excellence, as reviewed by travelers on the site,” said Christine Peterson from TripAdvisor.
“The Certificate of Excellence award gives highly rated establishments around the world the recognition they deserve. From exceptional accommodations in Beijing to remarkable restaurants in Boston, we want to applaud these businesses for offering TripAdvisor travelers a great customer experience.”
The Beach Club has maintained a top rated Parksville hotel ranking on the site throughout the first five years of business.
“We are very honoured to receive this award from TripAdvisor,” said Shawna Broekhuizen, general manager of the Beach Club Resort.
The award however, didn’t come without significant effort.
“Each member of our resort staff works hard to give our guests a memorable vacation in Parksville and we appreciate that so many past visitors have shared their experiences with others on the TripAdvisor website. We are about creating great memories.”
