Shop Local contest winner

Penticton Western News/Downtown Penticton Association contest

Congratulations to Chris Cottrill, the winner of $500 in gift certificates from participating merchants in our annual Shop Local promotion.

The Penticton Western News partnered with the Downtown Penticton association to give away 30 special edition Gund teddy bears to those who brought in a minimum of $250 worth of proof of purchase (made between Nov. 26 to Dec. 17) from participating local merchants. A draw was then made from the 30 lucky people who received a bear to win $500 in gift certificates.
