A 54-storey tower including commercial, residential and a hotel is in the works for North Surrey.

Tucked in between the new city hall and the SkyTrain, the tower will include commercial retail at the ground level, along with 320 apartment units and a 160-room hotel.

It will be located at 13450 104 Ave.

City documents indicate the application was submitted on Dec. 23, 2011 and that it is currently at the project review stage.

That said, the city’s development arm, the Surrey City Development Corp., has listed Century as a partner in the project.
