ParkLane Homes has won three national-level homebuilding awards.
They received the honours at the 2010 Canadian Homebuilder’s Association (CHBA) SAM Awards on Feb. 26.
Included in their awards was winning the most coveted prize, the Grand SAM award, presented annually to a homebuilder for combined excellence in both the building and marketing of new homes.
ParkLane also won in the category of Single Detached Home over 2,200 square feet for their Headwater home series located in Bedford Landing. Bedford Landing was also a finalist for the best community development award.
The third award was for its marketing efforts for townhomes in Vancouver
