Elvis Presley tribute artist Al LeBlanc from Delta, B.C., takes part in the third annual Canadian Blue Moon Elvis Festival, held for the first time in Barriere at the North Thompson Fall Fair grounds the weekend before last.
A total of 10 Elvis tribute artists took part. LeBlanc says he “…respectfully tries to convey the look, sound and style of the King Of Rock N’ Roll”.
