Fran Bosa details her experiences with tragedy, loss and hardship

An Abbotsford author has released an autobiography detailing her life, which has been marked by tragedy, loss and hardship.

Fran Bosa says her brother was shot, her father died, her family lost their home, she lost a child, she suffered burnout, and she was near death three times.

She says her book, One Life on Earth, is a story of “perseverance and victory.”

After recounting her story, Bosa explains what she has learned and where she has learned it.

Bosa says the book includes excerpts from the writings of Rick Warren, Joyce Meyer, Beth Moore, and other Christian leaders whose words have encouraged and blessed her and molded her into the woman she is today.

Bosa was born in Montreal of Dutch immigrant parents. She had a successful career in the business world and gained media attention as an activist on allergy-related issues.

She is a registered B.C. foster mom and loves children, and also volunteers her time in the prison ministry.

One Life on Earth is available at House of James bookstore in Abbotsford, and online at Amazon or authorfranbosa.com.
