If you are an art lover, avid painter, or simply want to create your very own great Canadian masterpiece, this next event is for you.
On Saturday, July 25 from 12-3 p.m. McBurney Plaza will be getting colourful with Art in the Plaza, the third instalment of this summer’s McBurney Plaza Summer Series.
Visit McBurney Plaza and enjoy presentations by local painters, cartoonists and sculptors.
Children of all ages can take part in interactive displays and create their own work of art — no experience required.
The 2015 McBurney Plaza Summer Series runs Saturdays from June through September and includes live theatrical performances, DIY demonstrations, music, art, live animals and even a circus.
McBurney Plaza is located on Fraser Highway between 204 Street and 206 Street.
