Working West Coast exhibit
The Rollin Art Centre opens its 2012 season with an exhibit courtesy of artist Doug Harrison.
Harrison’s collection of watercolour and acrylics depicting local scenes of fishing boats, tug boats and the logging industry by artist.
The exhibit starts on Tuesday, Jan. 10 and runs until Saturday, Feb. 5. Meet the artist at the gallery on Saturday, Jan. 14 from 1–3 p.m.
Any proceeds from the sale of art during this exhibit will go toward an as-yet-to-be-announced historical project.
Harrison will also be printing a booklet of stories he has written about each of the paintings in his exhibit; they will be on sale at the gallery.
