The three-time award-winning tenor group Tenore performs in Abbotsford on Wednesday, Dec. 11 as part of a 20-date national tour.

The group performs at Matsqui Centennial Auditorium (32315 South Fraser Way) at 7 p.m. and is joined by the MEI Concert Choir.

Tenore consists of Mark Williams, Jason Catron, David Wise and swing tenor Kevin Pauls.

They debuted in 2011, and their new album, Christmas With You, was released in November of this year.

The album features both classics and originals and includes a guest appearance from vocalist Heather Headley, one of Andrea Bocelli’s favourite singing partners.

Christmas With You was recorded in Nashville, Chicago and Toronto with a collective of world-class producers, musicians and a 50-piece orchestra.

It includes holidays classics such as It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, O Holy Night, and O Come all ye Faithful.

Tenore was previously nominated for awards in seven categories at the Gospel Music Association of Canada’s Covenant Awards, walking away with three plaques, including the Fan Choice of the Year Award.
