Blist on stage tonight in Penticton

Blist, a hip hop duo including Andor Voiceface who is known as Tron in the movie Fubar, are performing tonight at Voodoo's in Penticton.

One has opened for well-known hip hop acts, the other is known for his part in the cult phenomenon movie Fubar.

Together they formed Blist and are performing tonight at Voodoo’s in Penticton.

Andor Voiceface (born Andy Sparacino has been creating music for over 15 years in bands such as Helvis, Thunder=Lava and The A-team. A constant fixture of the Stampede’s Rock Central. Andor has played alongside bands such as The Dudes, Philosopher Kings, SNFU, The Flaming Lips and improvised his portrayal of Tron in the movie Fubar and it’s sequel.

Sabo Forte (born Robey Stothart) has been songwriting for 10 years and past bands include Even Your Odd and Hookline. Sabo has opened for the likes of Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, A-plus, J-Live, K-Os, Death by Stereo, Misery Signals, Protest the Hero, Kardinal Offishal, Tommy Lee and the Suicide Girls.

The pair formed Blist in the summer of 2007 amd highlights have included contributing music to the movies Goon and Fubar 2. Live show highlights include opening for the RZA as a part of the Sledisland festival as well as opening for the Genius GZA, Public Enemy, Zion I, Lil Kim, Eyedea & Abilities, De La Soul, Gift of Gab/Blackalicious, Moka Only, Sweatshop Union, Kyprios, Pip Skid, Birdapres, Mobadass and B.A. Johnston.
