The City of Nanaimo is on the lookout for next year’s batch of public art.
On Aug. 28, the city announced that it was welcoming proposals for its 2019 temporary outdoor art program.
“With the enormous success in 2018, we encourage all artists to submit their art proposals in an effort to continue creating dynamic and engaging outdoor spaces,” said city culture and heritage coordinator Chris Barfoot in a press release.
Artists have until Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. to submit their proposals here.
