With nominations for three Juno awards, The Polaris Prize, The CBC’s Heart Of Gold and a pile of albums under his belt, Danny Michel is one of Canada’s finest songwriters and he is coming to Errington this Friday.
Michel will be performing at the Errington War Memorial Hall on Friday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m.
Tickets are $20 at Cranky Dog Music in Parksville, Heaven on Earth in Qualicum Beach and the Errington General Store. Tickets are $5 at the door for children aged six to 12.

Michel is now working on an album of songs inspired by an 18-day polar expedition with Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield.
The album was written and recorded aboard the Russian ice-breaker, Kapitan Khlebnikov. The album will be released in January 2017.
