Chamber Music Kelowna welcomes Octagon, an illustrious ensemble of artists, to our stage March 27 for an evening of extraordinary musicianship and beauty.
Eight amazing artists will come together to perform a selection of seldom heard, larger ensemble works. Included in this unique concert is Beethoven’s Septet, Op. 20, one of his most successful and popular works. Also featured is the Octet, D.803 by Schubert, his largest scale piece for chamber ensemble. Another highlight of this concert will be Canadian composer, Malcolm Forsyth’s Concerto for 8.
