The Errington War Memorial Hall will once again be filled with the sounds of Christmas cheer on Saturday, Dec. 14.
Bob Herbison is the organizer of the annual Errington Community Christmas Concert. He estimates it’s been happening in the hall for approximately 80 or 90 years, as the hall will celebrate its centennial birthday in 2022.
There will be neighbourly charm and Christmas cheer aplenty on the Saturday evening.

“Lots of music, lots of reunions – people you don’t get to see all the time, they’ll come out for Christmas concert. So lots of meeting of friends and neighbours, lots of hugs, that kind of stuff,” said Herbison.
Herbison is putting together the lineup of events, which include kids and adults singing Christmasy songs, several short movies and a skit.
Admission is by donation, with the funds raised going towards the Salvation Army food bank.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m.
