Evening of entertainment at Langley Fine Arts

Langley Fine Arts School is hosting an evening of great entertainment and fun on Friday June 10 to fundraise for their sister school in Kenya.

Come out early to watch the Canucks versus the Bruins in game five on the big screen at 5:00 pm, followed by some excellent acts.

Juno nominated gospel group, The Sojourners, will kick off the live entertainment at 8:30 pm and afterwards a performance by CR Avery. Company B, which includes Langley Fine Arts grad Julie Conlinn, will accompany him.

Auction bidding begins at 3:30 pm with prizes such as tickets to Wicked, artworks, gift certificates and gift baskets.

Tickets are $20  and are available at the door, at the Langley Fine Arts school office, at River Vintage and online at www.brownpapertickets.com

All proceeds from ticket sales are going to Project Kenya Sister Schools and the Nanyuki Children’s Home in Kenya.

The evening will be hosted at the Chief Sepass Theatre, 9096 Trattle Street in Fort Langley.
