Go back in time with the family this Saturday, as the McMillan Arts Centre hosts a Centennial Family Day.
The event is part of the MAC’s centennial celebrations that take place throughout the month of June, marking the building’s 100 years in the community.
A mock classroom will be set up and visitors will have the opportunity to participate in popular games and activities from the past while viewing old photographs from when the building was a school. There will also be demonstrations happening, such as weaving, and lemonade and popcorn will be served.
Admission to the event is free. For more information on the MAC and it’s centennial events visit www.mcmillanartscentre.com.
