Cineplex Entertainment hosts a morning of free movies on Saturday, Oct. 18 as part of its fourth annual National Community Day.
Families can enjoy free movies, as well as popcorn, soft drinks and select candy for $2 each.
Cineplex will also offer Community Day mini Rafiki friend chain bracelets for $2 each, with proceeds going to Free the Children.
Cineplex in Abbotsford is located in the Highstreet shopping complex on Mt. Lehman Road.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m., and the first movie, Escape From Planet Earth, begins at 9 a.m. Seating for each film is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
