Guests are invited to Vernon’s Galaxy Cinemas Saturday to enjoy a free movie as part of Cineplex Entertainment’s third annual National Community Day.
All proceeds from concession sales, with selected items costing $2, benefit the Canadian Olympic Foundation.
The theatre will open its doors to guests at 8:30 a.m., with the first movies beginning at 9 a.m.
Films to be shown include Men in Black 3 at 9 a.m.; The Pirates! Band of Misfits at 9:15 a.m.; The Smurfs at 9:30 a.m.; The Amazing Spiderman 3 at 9:45 a.m. and Hotel Transylvania (3D) at 10 a.m.
