Movie-goers will be travelling the globe once again as the Chilliwack International Fall Film Series hits the big screen next month.
An aspiring Scottish country singer, an Icelandic activist protecting the environment of her homeland, and a team of middle-aged French men brought together through synchronized swimming – they’re all part of the worldwide titles included in this season’s film series starting Oct. 2.
Presented by Cottonwood 4 Cinemas, in partnership with the Chilliwack Community Arts Council, weekly screenings run every Wednesday for six weeks with two screenings per day. Each movie will be shown at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. every Wednesday from Oct. 2 to Nov. 6.
Film-goers are invited to skip the box office queue and reel in the savings by purchasing a series pass for $30. Tickets for individual films are $8.
Tickets are available at the Cottonwood 4 Cinemas box office (45380 Luckakuck Way), or over the phone by calling 604-316-3974. Series Passes are valid for all six film dates and either showtime. For added convenience, individual tickets for any of the featured film dates are now available for purchase in advance.
