The SkyHawks are some of the most well-known and beloved performers at Canadian airshows, and we are so excited to welcome them to Quesnel for SkyFest this summer!
As the only military parachute demonstration team in the country, the SkyHawks have been proudly representing Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces for over 40 years. Their signature Canadian flag parachutes are instantly recognizable and have brought smiles to the faces of over 75 million spectators worldwide.
The SkyHawks put on an incredible show, bringing their parachutes in close proximity to build co-ordinated mid-air formations that will take your breath away. Their performances, known as Canopy Relative Work, require an extremely high level of skill, teamwork and courage. Keep your eyes on the sky during the August long weekend for your chance to see them in person!
SkyFest returns to Quesnel Aug. 2, 3 and 4 at the Quesnel Regional Airport! Get your tickets at quesnelskyfest.ca and follow #SkyFest on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates on your favorite performers and a behind-the-scenes look at Quesnel’s International Airshow.
This weekend, the SkyFest airport office will be closed, but SkyFest will have a booth set up in the Gold Dust Mall throughout Billy Barker Days (July 18-21). Come down and pick up a free program, get your airshow tickets, buy some souvenirs, buy a raffle ticket for three great prizes, or just stop to say Hello.
