If you were waiting to buy a ticket for the Keith Urban concert next month, you may have missed your chance.
South Okanangan Events Centre announced this week that the Sept. 24 show is now completely sold out. From the first day of sales, tickets sold quickly for the show, which features The Band Perry opening for the country superstar, generating expectations that the show would sell out, as the Brooks and Dunn concert did two years ago.
“Bringing this high calibre of entertainment to Penticton is what we have been building towards,” said Dean Clarke, general manager of the SOEC. “Having a concert sell out this quickly proves that we are making good choices in our selection of artists and entertainment.”
“The City of Penticton is incredibly excited by the news of the early sell-out of the Keith Urban concert,” said Mayor Dan Ashton. “We are proud that the SOEC continues to attract a broad range of incredible talent.”
Tickets for Terri Clark’s October concert are still available online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com, by phone at 1-877-763-2849 or in person at the SOEC Box Office and the Wine Country Visitor Centre.
