Kulth Fest in Coombs
The weather was wet and the crowd reflected that on the weekend as Coombs presented the Kulth Festival for Oceanside residents
Although the weather cleared up Sunday for the Kulth Festival, kids enjoyed the remaining puddles in front of the stage.
