If you’re looking for an adrenaline buzz, then the Radical Reels 2011 Tour (www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1b3XudBY5E) show at the Sid Williams Theatre in Courtenay on March 19 will not disappoint. Growing out of the famous Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour, Radical Reels screens the best in action sports filmmaking. Whether it’s experiencing Africa’s mighty Zambezi River, the Tuzgle Volcano in Argentina or Switzerland’s Mount Blanc, these films are audience-tested and programmed for maximum excitement. The Radical Reels Tour kicked off in the winter of 2004 in a limited number of special locations, and now visits more than 50 cities in the U.S. and Canada. Local sponsor Valhalla Pure Outfitters and the Banff Mountain sponsors will give away lots of prizes at the show. The Radical Reels Tour will show March 19 at 7 p.m. at the Sid Williams Theatre in Courtenay.
