The Filberg Lodge in Comox is the venue for a showing of the latest collection of paintings by Comox Valley artist Gail Neuls.
Neuls’ new paintings demonstrate the poetry of lines and her love for colour. She enhances our local landscapes and British Columbia scenery in a unique way.
The finished artwork portrays very interesting and extraordinary dimensions and perspective. Neuls starts with direct transcriptions from nature and gradually eliminates realism to concentrate on pure sensation.
Neuls is excited to show you her new work finished over the winter months and will be there to answer any of your questions.
Luella McLean will once again enhance the show with her conversational clay caricatures that add interest and humour to any evening.
The art show and sale is April 9 and 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The Filberg Lodge is located just off Comox Avenue at 61 Filberg Rd.
